A Nigerian born and USA based medical practitioner, Dr David Ikudayisi said he is optimistic that the federal government can stop the brain drain to overseas countries some of the best hands in the field of medicine if it can muster the needed political will with back up plans to achieve the goal.
The USA board certified internist with a strong passion for Regenerative medicine made this assertion during an Exclusive interview with Crude Reports magazine at his Florida state base. He noted that for the brain drain to stop,the federal government should appropriate reasonable budget to the health sector,ensure money allocated is spent on health facilities,provide modern equipment for personnel to do their jobs in addition to giving them attractive remuneration package to boost their morale.In his words “Health is wealth all over the world.If the citizens are healthy,their productivity will increase and they will live well.when we were growing up,government hospitals were the best but today,the situation has changed”.
Dr Ikudayisi who is also the managing Director of Glory wellness and Regenerative centre in Nigeria noted that if the federal government wants those in Diaspora who are doing very well in their chosen fields to return to Nigeria, it should as a matter of urgency fix the insecurity problem, embark on massive infrastructural facilities,fix the long overdue problem of inadequate public power supply, make basic amenities like good roads,Educational structures and foods available and affordable for majority of the people.
Asked to comment on how he ventured into wellness and Regenerative speciality of medicine, Dr David Ikudayisi who studied medicine in the best medical college in Russia,Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy said ” I was looking for a way through which people can be helped to get rid of pain without being addicted to strong medications with all the side effects when God gave me the knowledge on how to use a patients blood or cells from the bone marrow or fat from the stomach to eliminate the pain.I later found out I can do more for the patient.I can slow down aggressive medical conditions, I can stop the aggressiveness of such conditions and I can also offer a treatment that can reverse back some of the aggressive medical conditions”
An award winner of the Sole Bureau for External Aids( BEA) scholarship in Ondo state ,1989 he described Regenerative medicine”as the area of medicine that deals with using your own cells and tissues to repair, restore,rejuvenate and regenerate damaged tissues in body’s organ.” He explained further that in Regenerative medicine, God gave man the knowledge to know how to harness Regenerative properties of our body’s cells.
Dr David Ikudayisi explained that sources of stem cell comprises of platelets Rich plasma( PRP) which is blood and stem cell Therapy which is in three groups( Embryonic cell Therapy and induced Pluri potent Therapy ( both of which were rejected by countries because they became uncontrollable and unethical while the adult cell became the only acceptable therapy approved for use .
With treatment that lasts at times five to ten minutes after all Preparations are made,Dr Ikudayisi handle cases on all types of pain from any part of the body,Diabetes, Erectile dysfunction, Prostate enlargement and stroke to mention specific cases. He advised those suffering from any sickness or disease not to write themselves off nor look hopeless ” Dont think whatever you are going through is the end of the world, it is not.There is solution that looks too good to be true with no side effect nor down time”

Dr David Ikudayisi who exhibited a high sense of humour with jokes causing irresistible laughter said he plans to establish an NGO through which collaboration for support can be enlisted.” Through this approach, I hope to be able to reach thousands of Nigerians and make impact in their healthy living”
As for Nigeria of my dream he said “We all need to agree that we need a change ,both the government and the grassroot people.i believe Nigeria will be great .I forsee a situation where like it happened in India, a time is coming when Nigerians in the Diaspora will all return back home to rebuild Nigeria. God has given us so much resources and this can not be wasted. My prayer is that Nigeria will be great in my lifetime and this our generation
