As Apc flags off it’s Presidential campaign at Ranchers Bees stadium in Kaduna on Saturday, October 25, it was time for president Tinubu to respond personally for the first time to some issues which the opposition parties have used to hit the ruling APC controlled federal government.
The president after thanking the people of kaduna state for the votes given him in 2023 asked the electorate not to take his opponents serious on their plans to bring back fuel subsidy adding that it is a ploy to draw back the country again.

He explained that “The fuel subsidy is firmly behind us. No more corruption. No more falsification of invoices. No more lies. No more fuel smuggling. Your prosperity is here. Your future is in your hands and your finger prints at the ballot will reflect it”
While asking the people of kaduna state to be watchful so as not to be deceived, The Apc Flag bearer said “BE careful,Watch them closely, Do not let them lie to you. What is past is past. I have an arguement. I heard my opponents are talking about hunger and poverty, who created it? They did. They created the hunger, they created the poverty, we are trying to eradicate it”
On why he deserves a second term presidency by 2027 election slated for Saturday, January 16, Tinubu told the electorate some of his achievements and the Governors adding “we pay salaries regularly, our governors are working, I am proud of them. To you the children of our country, I promise prosperity, and you will not regret going to the polls”.

Tinubu urged the people to go out again and vote massively for him to be re-elected on January 16, 2027 and to also vote for other APC candidates from National Assembly, Governorship and state Houses of Assembly.
The highlight of the campaign was the presentation of Party flags to all APC Governors in the North West Region to begin their mobilisation for the polls.

Besides president TINUBU, other dignitaries who spoke at the event are the Vice president, Senator Kashim Shettima, DG, APC Presidential Campaign Council, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, APC National chairman, Prof Nentawe Yilwatda, Minister of works, David Umahi and host Governor, Senator Uba Sani
